Sambal indon foods

Ingredients:
8 pieces of red onion
1 flowers bongkot (kecombrang)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
15 pieces of red pepper, sliced
1 tsp paste, baked
1 tsp salt to squeeze the bongkot
5 tbsp coconut oil
1 lime fruit
1 teaspoon salt for flavor
1 tsp sugar for flavor
Complementary:
fish or grilled or fried shrimp
How to make:
Finely slice onion, red flowers and red pepper. Stir the lumps with salt, knead until wilted then rinse thoroughly and drain.
Enter the red onion, the flowers are unloaded, red pepper and shredded turmeric, mix well. Add salt and sugar. Mix well. Heat the coconut oil and then flush it into the boiled sauce.
Squeeze the lime and stir again until smooth. Sambal Bongkot is ready to be served.
