My entry for the 🌸 FLOWER POWER PHOTO CONTEST BY FLAMINGIRL 🌸 - Day 3
2 Days, 2flower beauty shared on the platform from India. It's always great to be part of the contest . The best thing is that you will able to see some amazing photography and also some of the amazing natural magics.
As the @flamingirl contest entered Day3 , here is my entry with a beautiful flower, which people hardly witness.
Photography done using my smartphone camera. No doubt the flower is itself pulling me and more amazingly, it is grown in one of the thorny plant we ever see. This is a "Cactus Flower" grown on a pot in my Sister place.
The colour is what is more attracting . It is one of the natural Red I ever came across. Though cactus flower do not have any fragrance, still the thorny spikes plant have such beautiful flower to make fall in love. The cactus stem is also in dark colour alongwith the beautiful Red. Here are few other shots which was shared earlier on Steem.

Deadly beauty, the thorn helps to protect them I guess!

This succulent is called the "Crown of Thorns" (Euphorbia milii) and seen as that it displays the crown of thorns that was placed on the head of Christ at his crucifixion.
The plant is originally from Madagascar and it was discovered by Baron Milius. In 1821 he took the plant to France and from there it spread across the world.
I have two of them, but with yellow flowers.
Beware, their sap is poisonous for animals.
