Challenge Completed - Arms and Shoulders Day 960 reps on May 3
I put in another monster arms and shoulders workout again.
Although I haven't been training for very long I can already see progress, helped by my muscle memory but I feel so much stronger already and can see my muscles are growing at a rapid pace.
For a while I'm going to train 3 days on and 1 day off, with my off day for a cardio session and maybe some relaxation in the sauna and spa.
training so intensely does make the body ache and because I haven't trained much for so long my body is having trouble repairing as fast as it used to. I think alot of that is stuff like vascularity and my body not delivering the nutrients to the muscles as effectively as it used to.
I have been really consistent with the sled runs, hitting another 24 @75 kgs again and I'm really on a roll with them. I would like to work up to 32 as I think that's a good amount for each session, but on cardio day I might hit something ridiculous like 56 runs or 64 but I'm sure I will be buggered after that.
