Day 1: Challenge completed 135 reps completed.
My first day on the 100+ rep challenge I am starting my circle slowly with many reps to build endurance.
My workout was 21-15-9 Tabatha not for time. But not much rest allowed.
It works by completing each movement 21 times then the next set 15 reps and the last set 8 reps. But today we had 3 excersises namely:
- Kettle bell swing
- Kettle bell deadlift
- Kettle bell squat
Lots of lower body excersises. But tomorrow I'll do upper body. I like to do splits.

I do hope so. I just need consistency. People doing this challenge do it daily and for hundreds of days. It is and exciting journey let's see how it goes. :)
