Day 26 completing #fitnesschallenge by @steemmatt! I like to Power Up my earnings so I figured why not Power Up my health. You should do the same!

Motivated and enthusiastic as last night I was stretching and grabbed my biceps and the way I had my arm they were naturally flexed and I felt hardness. I was like WTF IS THIS? So I can literally feel a difference in my biceps. Little speedbumps are forming! Today was a warm day so luckily it didn't turn into a skip day but it could have. Spring can really get me. It warms up and I'm instantly acclamated to warmth. The next day it's cold and I'm super lazy and cold. Well we're expecting the next few days to be cold so we got one warm day. Found me some agates and since I'm now always on the hunt for precious metals, I found me some copper pennies today as well.

My Daily Challenge Completed

Since it was warm I went on an agate hunt / short hike. I was out there for at least an hour so it makes for a solid 30 minute hike on the sandy beaches of Lake Superior, followed by some after dinner reps because I wanted to do more. So I did! All this exercising and I think I'm actually starting to have the energy to get things done. Energy seems to be motivation!

Meals

No groceries makes for a hungry man when he wakes. More like a hungry bear. Lunch was another burger -- they're so cheap! Cheaper than McDonalds or any other garbage and filling. Dinner was two grilled cheese sandwiches with Turkey. Enjoy the double food picture! I think that if you're considering joining the #fitnesschallenge, be prepared to be hungry if you're not a heavy eater. Because I'm burning so much, I don't feel to bad about my diet anymore. I'm certainly not gaining fat.

My Motivation

I've decided to stop smoking cigarettes in the beginning of January and have been meaning to start an exercise routine to replace my smoking habit with something much healthier. It's been rough quitting, and even tougher getting the motivation and energy to start a daily exercise routine but thanks to this challenge, I've motivated myself to get it done!

When I joined Steemit I made the decision to always Power-Up my earnings. For now, payouts are set to 50/50 but you bet I will convert & Power Up! Besides internal transfers, I have never cashed out and don't plan on it! Power-Up only!

I'm not as far north as you but I get the whole exhaustion spring brings on. It was nice weather today but I know by Friday it'll be cold again :-( one day summer will come! Keep it up!
