No. My lower back is always at risk, that's why i don't do some exercise. i don't feel pain in normal life, but it can happen that sometimes a do something wrong for one second and i'm in the bed for 1 whole week. So i don't risk, i know which exercise to do :D

If you don't have pain it is mean you don't have any problems with your back while squatting with an empty bar. You maybe do them INCORRECTLY or you never do any light squats and deadlifts you neglected your back muscles, so they so weak that if you do any gym workout, simply you are damaging them more. Try to do 3x10 squats and 3x10 deadlifts with an empty bar before every workout, try to post a video. If you will not do them later you will not be able to go to the gym or even WALK!

I can do squats and deadlift, ever 1 max rep, but i CAN injury. now i know, it happened in the past, and i don't want it will happen again. Maybe it will happen nothing, maybe not, but why should i risk. Squats and deadlift are not fundamental for bodybuilders, so.. it's ok.

Deadlift and squat are very fundamental in every sport and for your body and your health. Of course, if you will do 1rm deadlift never train you will end up in the bed, with sore back :) your back is fine, just you need more knowledge. I am a personal trainer and Olympic lifting coach. If you won't do deadlifts and squats you will damage your core and back discs. I am a bodybuilder and 99% of people who never do deadlifts and squats end their sports career. Try to listen to my advice, and you will never feel back pain again, only you will have sore muscles.

Try to find a good personal trainer who can teach you how to do squats and deadlifts.

Thank you so much for advice, but i know perfectly how to do squats and deadlift. I'm a certified personal trainer and also in olympic lifting, and in nutrition too since many years. If i don't do squats and deadlift there is a reason.
By the way some of my clients do both, but they are not absolutely necessary to build an amazing body ( muscle mass obv). I would never suggest to do back squats to anyone higher than 180 cm as a fundamental exercise ;)

What have you done to your back? Have you noticed that people who do deadlift never have back problems(Olympic lifters) and bodybuilders always have back problems? It not fundamental for building the body, but for health- very important.
