Fitness Over 50 | 11.4 miles | Raining

Today's was not much of a ride. It was raining so hard when I woke up that I expected to use my mountain bike and just ride a few miles. I planned to come home and finish with a workout inside. But the time I was ready to go for the ride the rain had tapered a bit so I chose to use my Specialized Sirrus. I must still not feel very well because I hadn't gotten too far into the ride with I just didn't feel well. Rode 11.4 miles today.
MapMyRide failed me again today. It's the autopause feature. It is not functioning properly since the ios recent update to ios11.

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 50." It is my goal to build a community of like minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 59, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Frequent resistance training and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
-Ice packs (thermogenesis)
are the main elements to my fitness plan.
