It helps prevent overeating but also lets you take in smaller more frequent meals.

Pregnancy has its own unique world of troubles aha. Gotta make sure you're eating lots of good nourishing foods. And of course thank you!

Yes, it does... like a current obsession with carbs. I am doing my very best to balance it with lots of fruits, veggies, and proteins though! Looking forward to reading the rest of your posts.
