I am, a coach at a gym, and I get this question so many times, "how can I loose some weight?".
As this question has as many answers as it has amount of different people asking it, I have some general thoughts.
My first, response to the question, is with a question.
"How do you sleep?" is my question.
Reason for the question is, that if you don't sleep well, you get tired. If you are tired, you do what? EAT!
And what does EATING do? Increase calorie intakes.
Think about it, how many times have you not been tired, and taken on to foods, healthy or not, to "stay awake"?
Healthy, and fitness, starts with a good night sleep!
