Intense LEG DAY Workout: You'll be sore!

Another soreness inducing leg day set for you to destroy calories

Deadlift
Overhead Bulgarian Lunges
Cross Band Knee Drives with Press
Kettlebell Pulsing Squats
Bench Glute Bridges
Bulgarian Hops
Single Leg Glute Bridges

LET'S START!


Deadlift

8 reps, 3 sets

Overhead Bulgarian Lunges

8 reps, 3 sets per leg, alternate legs per set
Pay very close attention to form

Cross Band Knee Drives with Press

10 Reps, 3 sets per leg, alternate legs per set
No cross band? No problem, perform the same motion without it

Kettlebell Pulsing Squats

10 reps, 3 sets
Use a dumbbell if KB's are unavailable
Don't forget to PULSE

Bench Glute Bridges

8-10 reps, 3 sets

Bulgarian Hops

10 reps, 3 sets per leg, alternate legs per set


And finally...tough it out if you can


Single Leg Glute Bridges

8-10 Reps, 3 Sets per leg


As always use a weight that allows you to maintain proper form while hitting the repetitions. Use this routine for leg day and see how it works for you!

Great routine! I like the smr and mobility stuff you've posted. Working through end ranges of motion and stretching routinely are often overlooked and under appreciated.

Great work! But leg day as like torture :D It is hard to walk after the leg day.

Haha, it is torture. But, your legs are your biggest muscle and burn the most calories! Pain for gain :)
