So many people get discouraged if the scale does not 'move' or if they dont lose kilos .
You should know that living a healthy life style isn't only about losing weight.
Feeding your body with the right food and doing exercise/getting active ,helps prevent alot of diseases example Obesity, Diabetes, high blood pressure etc.
Sometimes we need to ignore the scale and its deception, you are probably doing well if you are eating right and moving more, so please just dont stop or give up!!!

If you must check for weight loss progress, you can do a before and after pic collage, check your inches, wear an old pair of Jean or clothes.
But still make sure you focus more on living healthy and sustainable lifestyle and you would be amazed at how far you can go.
Your health is your wealth.

Very true....Most people starve their selves just to loose weight buts that really a wrong approach just eat the right food, at the right time and know what's best for you.
