My thoughts in lifting and sprinting

Many women are terrified that lifting will make them look bulky. FYI there is no way women will build a big muscles unless they take supplements or worse, steriods. Women don’t produce testosterone like Men do. In fact, lifting weights has been proven to be one of the most efficient ways to loose weight while having your muscles look lean and "toned.”

But also lets not forget to combine a healthy, clean and lean diet in our lifestyle. I know for sure eating right can be difficult - but if we simply start to change to healthier and better choices of food we wont just have a good looking body but we can be clean from within.

Why do i prefer sprinting instead of Jogging?

Sprint training makes your body move a lot faster as it burns more fat. It can prevent injuries and it increases your metabolism. When I tried running for 6k, my right knee gave up and I was in pain for weeks - thats why I learned my lesson to not run a long distance anymore.

These are not the only benefits I get from sprinting and lifting, I was also able to participate in an event such as track meets and won several medals :)

I'm @andyluy and I've been here for almost 2 months, and I can tell you that steemit is the most amazing thing I've ever seen at the internet so far. I'm happy seeing it grows every day!

That is actually the perfect excuse not doing any sport at all and I heard it so many times. To get bulky takes much more than just start to train... or doing it for a couple of weeks... months....

But the benefit of doing these months is priceless.
