Yellow Spot Papio - Oahu Hawaii

I am not a football fan so I went fishing instead of watching the game. I was a little under the weather so I didn't stay out too long. Lucky for me the sun was out so it was warm.

I whipped up the coast and didn't catch anything. When I was whipping back to the car I hooked up to this Yellow Spot Papio. This is one of my favorite Papio to eat because the meat is very oily and tasty.

I made it for dinner and it was a great Super Bowl Sunday.
