A. Permission to report to the commander that on this day Monday Tgl 19 Feb 2018 approximately pkl.10.00 wib.telah fire 2 Unit house that has been empty on the way behind the board no.33 & 34 komp.PT.PAG village Batuphat West Kec. Estuary One.

B. Chronology as follows:

1. Security L-MAN who is conducting Patrol To seputaran jln. Turn the board at No.34 and see the fire sdh spreading from the dried grass in the vicinity of the Rmh ban and lead to house no 34 and keep the fire enlarged and spread also to rhh no.33 in guessing because at that time the wind began to blow hard. Then the L-MAN Security Perseonel reports to Fire Communities via HT (Radio).

2. Next the fire personnel Communities arrived at the location and directly extinguish the fire in the aide by dr Security and Agt Police of Sat Sabhara who carry out the task of Pam Ovit.

TELAH TERJADI KEBAKARAN 2 (DUA) UNIT RUMAH PERMANEN (KOSONG EX.PT.ARUN) DI JALAN BALIK PAPAN NO 33 DAN NO 34 KOMP.PT. PAG ARUN.

Assalamualaikum Wr wb.

A. Ijin melapor kan kpd komandan bahwa pada hari ini Senin Tgl 19 Feb 2018 sekira pkl.10.00 wib.telah terjadi kebakaran 2 Unit rumah yg sudah kosong di jalan balik papan no.33 & 34 komp.PT.PAG desa Batuphat Barat Kec.Muara Satu.

B. Kronologis sbb:

1. Security L-MAN yg sedang melaksanakan Patroli Ke seputaran jln. Balik papan di No.34 dan terlihat api sdh menjalar dari rumput kering di seputaran perkarangan Rmh tsb dan mengarah ke rumah no 34 dan terus api membesar dan menjalar juga ke rmh no.33 di duga karena pada saat tsb angin mulai bertiup kencang. Lalu perseonel Security pihak L-MAN melaporkan ke Fire Komunity melalui HT (Radio).

2. Selanjut nya personel fire Komuniti tiba dilokasi dan lansung memadamkan api di bantu oleh dr pihak Security dan Agt Kepolisian dari Sat sabhara yg melaksanakan tugas Pam Ovit.

2. Diperkirakan kerugian Lk.1 Milyar.
3. ‎Sumber Api belum di ketahui.
