I wish I could tell you which land Kranisis was based on, but I honestly can't remember now! Nor the original inspiration for Vendaria. The next maps that I need to do are based on the Falkland Islands.
I normally save a jpg of the originals - but Vendaria and Kranisis originated at least half a dozen computers ago now... I can't tell you how many things I've lost when I've missed folders despite my best efforts. :-(
