#fff , yup sent on Sunday...the Lord's Day
Today was a marvelous day, the sun showed her precious face, so I was out enjoying her. So a simple healthy dish was in order. TACOS...…….. I always make mine with ground turkey, less fat and I enjoy the flavor. For years I fooled my crew, they thought they were getting beef, and I never corrected them. But I did tell my daughter-in=laws, and my sweet daughter, who by the way, is my hero. She is healthy in every way. She eats right, works out, takes her vitamins and juices.
So proud of her, I guess I did something right.
So here is my formula for a simple, healthy, quick dinner that most people would enjoy.
Start with lean ground turkey
Add taco mix
Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and a little sour cream, topped with taco sauce. YUM!!

Taco night is the best night. I don’t think @foodfightfriday saw your entry because they put up the contenders post and I didn’t see you on there. Usually the contenders post goes up on sundays. Ok cool, I actually could post almost daily, cos my kitchen is always open, but my hubby misinformed me, say what? He knows I am the real cook in our world.. hehe ...he does make great blueberry pancakes though and of course our homemade syrup we do together ...love it always fun
My wife ends up having a lot of information stored in her phone too. She also shows off her cooking on @lenasveganliving every Monday (just the two each week). @qurator does a tasty Thursday where they feature chefs, you have to be a member of qurator though. I am a member, I highly recommend joining, they’re a great community. Let me know if you’d like more information. I’ve mentioned it to Sweed a couple of times now.
