First time making kombucha!
Check out my first attempt at making my own kombucha! Fingers crossed it works out. I'm a little nervous because the scoby is floating vertically not horizontally but I'm told that doesn't matter. Wish me luck!

I've always wanted to try making kombucha myself but it's the scariest ferment to me. It looks wonderful! I hope it goes well!
