Laws Are In Place for Internment of US Citizens in Case of Marshal Law
Below is excerpts directly from laws passed by our politicians. You need to ask yourself why and when would they use such laws. The law reeks of communism.
Introduction
There are complicated activities that have numerous requirements that call for short and clear guidelines, procedures, and policies so that I/R operations can be a success. Every person conducting I/R operations must ensure that they are proficient enough for every U.S military prisoner and detainee if at all the highest standards are met. I/R operations are having more complicated in nature and this has to be appreciated and comprehended.
Conduct
I/R operations comprises of two main categories of resettlement and internment operations. The operations are refined further to take charge on military prisoners and other detainees. Internment operations take care of all kinds of detainees and military prisoners in the U.S. even though it is a part of internment operations, confinement is the term used when talking of U.S. military operations. Resettlement operations focus on the civilians who do not form part of the detainees’ population. Resettlement and internment operations are conducted by carried out by military police to protect, guard, sustain, shelter, and take charge of all populations resulting from man-made disaster or civic conflict. Internment involves detaining a population or a certain group that poses some form of threat to any operations by the military. Resettlement operations on the other hand involve quartering a population or a certain group in efforts to increase protection.
U.S. policies indicate that all prisoners, captured individuals, evacuated, interned, or held by the army are controlled by the U.S. armed forces until repatriation, resettlement, or release. The release of military prisoners can be done in three ways:
1-Prisoners who are held without charges are taken back to their teams/units so that discharge proceedings may be done after the confinement sentence is completed.
2-A prisoner may be released early with conditions (paroled)
3-A prisoner may be released under supervision but with attached conditions that are similar to parole.
Principles
Military units of police are trained to conduct various missions that are included in I/R operations. Even though every military unit is trained to perform certain I/R operations, the organizations identified as I/R are specifically involved in missions that have a military police connotation. There are certain principles that guide military police missions. They include:
Humane treatment:
Military police have been trained on land warfare as per the regulations and laws of U.S. every detainee has a right to be guarded from any harm and other acts of violence. Humane treatment requires every soldier to conduct in a manner that protects the right to life.
Close contact:
Soldiers will always come close to contact with detainees and populations as well. The soldiers may find themselves in contact to populations that are hungry, tired, those that have lost their loved ones, or are not certain of the future.
