Heart and lungs improved due to Keto diet.

In comparison to exactly a year ago, the "suspicious nodules" in my lungs are gone and the cyst (nodular atelectasis) is smaller.

In addition, my coronary arteries are not clogged by the heavy use of fully saturated fats. In fact, it's better than ever.

FINDINGS:
Mediastinum and Pleura: No adenopathy in the chest. No pleural or
pericardial effusions. Minimal coronary atherosclerosis.
Lungs: Probable nodular atelectasis or scarring in the medial right
middle lobe is slightly decreased in size compared to the 2017 study. No
suspicious pulmonary nodules are identified.
