Review of Crystal Energy created by Dr. Patrick Flanagan
I've personally used this stuff in combination with MegaHydrate created also by Patrick Flanagan and I can tell you this stuff works. You haven't really experienced the pinnacle of what it feels like to be optimally hydrated until you've tried crystal-energy and mega-hydrate. The science is fairly simple to understand if you have background in studying the biochemistry of cellular membranes and the electron-transport system of these cells to produce ATP.

Crystal Energy drops contain silica-based nano-spheres that average 2-3 nanometers in diameter. They have an electric charge (zeta potential) of -140 mv (millivolts).
That may not seem like much, but in physics charge intensity is based on charge for a given radius of curvature. The magnitude of the field is inversely proportional to the radius of curvature.
At 3 nm diameter spheres, the magnitude of the electric fields around these particles is equivalent to 12 million volts per meter.
One drop of Crystal Energy contains trillions of these particles. When added to one ounce of water, the electric charge density breaks the water clusters into smaller clusters so completely that the water has the same surface tension as boiling water. In addition, the equally charged particles distribute themselves in such a way that they are within 100 nanometers of each other. Water molecules are polar and align themselves with the nano-spheres. This process is called 'epitaxy' where crystals of one material grow on the highly charged substrate of another material, duplicating the substrate structure.
When we add Crystal Energy to our drinking water, we increase the rate of movement of water and nutrients across cell membranes by as much as 2.54 times.
In fluid dynamics, if we increase the rate of flow of water by two times, the water can carry 64 times as much material. If the speed doubles again it increases another 64 times. That is why floods and Tsunamis are so destructive.
Even at cellular distances, increasing the flow of water by 2.5 times means we can transport over 100X as much nutrients into the cells and toxins out of the body for elimination.
Apply this to the lymphatic system and we have the same phenomena.
So, I add Crystal Energy to everything I drink. It is the first and most important nutrient I use. I take one liter of pure water and add 2 cc of Crystal Energy to it. I do this with everything.

Dr. Flanagan invented this product decades ago and not long after consumed three bottles of the stuff over the course of a couple of days and completely cured as a result his mercury poisoning. I don't think my condition is as severe as his but I definitely can see the incredible advantage of taking crystal energy (along side with Mega Hydrate) on a fast of whatever length.
Negative hydrogen ions also form the backbone of your DNA, and as you age and experience oxidative damage, these hydrogen ions get dislodged from the backbone, and slowly over time in this way DNA degrades. By taking crystal energy I'm giving my body a titanic supply of negatively charged hydrogen ions that will be used to help rebuild my DNA.
I have confirmed with ketostix that I am now deep into ketosis with a blood level of above 10 or thereabouts mm/l. Taking crystal energy at this time in the fast seems a very very good idea. I'm giving the body all the negatively charged hydrogen ions it needs to catalyze facilitation of cellular cleansing by making their membranes much more permeable for the transfer of cellular waste products out of the cell to be eliminated by the body.
