The skinny of it is that it's a 5 SBD buy-in, which goes right to the prize pool. And then the prize pool increases with upvotes for league content.

I'm flexible about when you send over the 5 SBD, but to protect everyone and the integrity of the contest, we do need to have it before drafting.
I promise I'm not scamming and running off with the pot. (I think the witnesses could do some sort of black magic to stop me if I tried that anyways.)
Draft
Speaking of the draft, the draft order will be randomly determined by Yahoo!
Once all 12 people register (or maybe as it gets closer to draft day? I'm not sure), Yahoo! spits out a draft order. There's the option to manually set your own order. I just want to officially state that we'll use whatever order the Yahoo! software gives us.
I won't touch it, is basically what I'm saying. Whatever order they give us will be the one we use.

So this post is also serving as a reminder for everyone already signed up.
Once we get all the managers finalized, we'll all know our draft position and can start eyeing players and the shenanigans will begin!

Hopefully everything will get sorted out before the draft. Iโm really excited. Iโve already tried mock draft and itโs fun. Perhaps my Resteem will help get at least one player.
ya.. it'll DEFINITELY get sorted out. Even as a worst case we'd just roll with 10 players. But that's really unlikely.. between the rest of the steemosphere, and then reaching for a friend of somebody who wants to play or even open it to a random Yahoo! account just to get the 12th team lol. It'll definitely happen one way or another. Just hopefully we get all Steem people and don't have to take muggles.

So ya, I guess just fill me in on what you mean here. If you can't play, you def don't need to send the SBD.

If you need to pullout of the league, you can just remove your team (or let me know and I'll remove it). It's too bad you won't be able to play, but it won't harm the league at all, it's plenty of warning and enough time to find a replacement.
If you're saying you DO want to keep your team but just need someone to DRAFT for you .. basically, I think you'd need to give them access to your Yahoo! account. So it would need to be someone you trust personally like that.
Just lmk and we'll straighten it out.
Pumped dude! Yea I'm not sure when yahoo randomizes the draft order, but if we'd know a little in advance it'd be nice to kinda look at who to target.
yaaa.. thinking about it more, I think maybe they do the order as they open the draft room? So if that were the case you'd have plenty of time in terms of like.. 45 minutes, like enough to review your options. but not to stew on it for a few days.
I'll fish around for if there are any options to randomize the order ahead of time or anything.
I basically just want it to be clear that it was truly random lol so if I get a good pick it doesn't look fishy :p
