IS WHO AN ALLY OF CPS?

WHO has a goal to save your children from cruelty.

A holy aim!
But is it really so righteous, or it's just one more "bridge" for CPS to reach families??

About 55 million minors become victims of violence in Europe and Russia every year - the UN news portal informs.

The World Health Organization (WHO) uses such statistics to justify its new goal for the next 2 years.

It says that cruelty against children in Western and Eastern Europe leads to:

physical (44 million)
and psychological (55 million) traumas.

Moreover, it's said that 90% of violence cases are hidden and closed from people's eyes.

Really??? So how do you know about them??

Is it truth, or is it just a perfect way to manipulate people using crazy and fearful statictics that has nothing common with reality?

WHO sees the solution to the problems of violence against children in the adjustment of laws, as well as in transmitting to parents the idea of the impossibility of using violence in families.

The statements are perfect, but what is hidden behind them?
Which laws do they mean?
Laws allowing juvenile justice monsters to interfere into private life?
Or laws which will open all doors to CPS "caring" workers?

WHO also states that the major part of suicides among minors occur in Russia, so here officials should pay proper attention to families.

Again wonderful advice that will "untie CPS hands"...

By the way, I was interested if this statement is true.
I was looking throught inner Russia stattistics, and I have found the data:

from 2009 to 2015 the number of minor suicides reduced every year, but in 2016 it increased suddenly for 53%!

The reason was in social webs...
The "groups of death" (so-called) took too many kids into their dirty hands.
It's a definite social phenomenon in modern life: kids are made to commit suicide through social webs..

But in fact, this phenomenon exists not ony in Russia, but almost in all countries of the world, in Russia there was just the greatest "smash" in the definite period of time.

Moreover, WHO informs about violence that occurs INSIDE the families and leads to suicides, that's why the intervention into families by CPS are justified and necessary.

In Lithuania, despite the protests of the majority of the country's inhabitants, a law about punishment for parents who use physical punishment of children was introduced.

In July 2016, Russia adopted the so-called “slap law”, which introduced significant changes to article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The essence was just absurd!
An outsider who has physically affected a member of your family would be punished only with an administrative fine.
A member of the family who committed a similar physical impact in relation to his closest relative, could get a prison term about 2 years!!
Crazy logics!

The disturbance of families and parents was so great, that in 2017 the law was abandoned.

Moreover, WHO ignores an important detail:

In fact, violence occurs OUTSIDE families much oftener: schools, society, kids organisations etc.

Somehow this fact is eliminated in the WHO reports, and all attention was turned to family problems.

Again hello to CPS?

It seems to me, that families are chosen as scapegoats for ALL life problems, and that's why CPS can stand near all doors where family with kids live!

If they look deeper (and sometimes they look even too deep, so deep that it's already abuse of authority!), they will definetely find a reason for breaking a family world...

WHO identified the problem and set a task - to achieve a 20% reduction in the level of child abuse in Europe in a two-year term.

I hope this reduction won't be reached through taking kids away from "cruel parents"...
