Wanted by CPS, his family in Indonesia sought refuge in Singapore

As people in Southeast Asia, many of them are living in Indonesia to seek refuge in neighboring countries. The reason is, to Protect their families from rough child protection services in my own country.
I see in the news that many people are seeking child protection to Singapore because there in our rich country is guaranteed for protection there called smart embassy.
