Where are the boundaries of sex education in schools and why does the CPS see this as another reason to deny parental rights?
Hello everyone! I already wrote about juvenile justice in schools. As CPS forces teachers to report bruises and abrasions, parents complain about each other, children fill out questionnaires and call the helplines, if parents give little pocket money or don't want to buy a dog. At the same time, the juvenile justice "cares" about the rights of children, one of these rights is the right to education, freedom of speech, freedom of choice and judgment. In this regard, the law on sexual education of children, the introduction of a special subject, and from primary school, is now being considered in Russia. I asked my friends, whose children are in school, whether this is true. They confirmed it, but all the parents are against this law. Because the government plans to adopt the experience of German schools in this matter.
Sex education in German schools is compulsory. Now, in Germany, most parents are against this subject. Despite the fact, that this story has made a lot of noise and even caused a wave of demonstrations outraged parents, change the situation does not work. The girl began sex education lessons. But it was uncomfortable for her, and the girl refused to visit them. This is the so-called gender ideology, when teachers tell the child, that he can decide, who he is - a man, a woman or someone else, there are dozens of varieties of all kinds of gender. And it is beginning to instill in children in Germany almost from kindergarten. And at school, sex education is already a compulsory subject. Melitta did not want to attend these lessons, but the teacher forced the girl back to class. Two years ago in Berlin was represented by the so-called suitcase of sexprovides. Educational materials for Junior classes. A tale about two princes about homosexuality, literature about transsexuals. From the seventh grade Berlin students are offered to play a game-pantomime: to portray orgasm, porn and bdsm. The program varies from region to region. The mother wasn't put in jail then just because she was pregnant. CPS threatened to deprive her of parental rights.
After this case was made public, parents took to demonstration against these lessons. And they are fighting for the fact, that the law was written certain framework for which the teacher has no right to go. If the program in mathematics is clearly written, what and at what age should know the child, in the course of sexual education, this certainty is not. In practice, this means, that schools are given full freedom. The educational plan only provides examples of topics, that schools themselves are focusing on. Thus, the second grade student must understand "the connection between fertilization, pregnancy and childbirth, describe parts of his body, know the difference between boys and girls". Fourth-graders should be able to "recognize sexual assault and understand that it is a violation of their rights, to describe various forms of partnership". At the end of the sixth grade, students must "recognize other forms of family than the one in which they are raised". Eighth-graders are told about ways to prevent pregnancy and protect against infections, taught to "consider all people equal regardless of gender and sexual orientation." The time required for these lessons varies from school to school. Where the course can take just a couple of weeks, and in another school to take six months and be overburdened by superfluous details. The problem is that the tolerance of this subject depends on the Federal land and the teacher. One child is lucky - his teacher is wise and considerate. And the second — no, and he is doomed to learn in the second class about all kinds of sex.

Thus juvenile justice protects the rights of our children, but who will protect our children? Because really, we are not talking about banning sex education lessons, but the introduction of the framework. In addition, these lessons are contrary to some religions, the child may be unpleasant to attend these lessons. Where is the respect for these factors? The law says "you must" and that's it. I very much hope, that in Russia the law on the introduction of sexual education in schools will not be adopted, because the purpose of this law is not the education of children. This is another reason to fine parents or deprive them of their parental rights, because they "violate" the child's right to education, freedom of thought and judgment.
