The harsh reality: teachers of kindergarten bound children using diapers
Hello everyone! Today I want to talk about kindergartens. I don't know about other countries, but the issue is very important for Russia. First, I wanted to talk about the system as a whole. According to the law, if the family does not have benefits, the deadline when the child must go to kindergarten is when the child is 3 years old. In this case, the state is obliged to provide a place in the kindergarten. In small towns, the child may start attending kindergarten earlier, because of the smaller number of children than in large cities. At the same time, according to the law, a woman can be on maternity leave until the child turns 3 years old. The monthly child benefit is paid until the child reaches 1.5 years of age. Thus, the child begins to go to kindergarten at the earliest in 2 years (if lucky), and the monthly allowance is paid only up to 1.5 years. Most parents want to send their child to kindergarten for financial reasons, as in this case the mother can go to work and the total income of the family increases. Since places in the budget kindergartens are not enough for everyone, many parents give their children to frequent kindergartens. There are always places, but the cost is much more expensive than the usual budget kindergarten. In August, the nightmare story of one of the private kindergartens in Astrakhan surfaced.
It all started with the fact, that one of the employees of the kindergarten posted on the Internet a video, filmed in the kindergarten. In the video, children sleep in beds, bound with diapers on their hands and feet, wrapped in sheets behind their backs without the possibility to get out. In some beds they sleep two by two. There are more pictures: twisted a tight knot baby laying right in the chair. The voice of the employee behind the scenes: "If the children is on the neck of this diaper, they can strangle herself to her. If they unravel, they may fall." Video girl sent to her friend. So it got to the Internet, where it was seen by parents of kids. It is known, that the nurse, who shot the video with the children, worked in a nursery group for only one day. Then either she quit or she was fired. The version of administration of private kindergarten: they regard the incident as slander and intrigues of competitors. They do not see anything terrible. The Internet immediately began a heated discussion. Parents, who learned in the photo of their children, filed a statement to the police, all outraged by the cruelty suffered by the kids in kindergarten. Other parents praised the kindergarten on the contrary. But!!! They could not claim, that their children had not been ill-treated. Soon, the network appeared the second video, in which the children are related on the cold floor in the bathroom. The Director of the kindergarten gave the following comment: "Children all sleep. The cases caused a furor in social networks, in private kindergartens take place in the last time often. One and a half-year-old toddler ran away in the Samara region right in the diaper a month ago. The kindergarten staff , who missed the child, was fired after the trial. In Tomsk, the nurse is clearly overdone, forcing the baby to eat. The girl cries, calls her mother, but it does not help. Similarly, a teacher from Nizhny Novgorod responded to the fact, that a small child glued crafts not on the oilcloth. For cruelty and improper performance of duties provides for liability up to criminal — up to three years in prison. But what is interesting, it would seem, the activities of public and private kindergartens are governed by the same regulatory principles. Then what is it? Experts see the reason in the notorious human factor. Wanting to save on the payment of certain specialists, private children do not always choose the best.
By the way, in the kindergarten in Astrakhan were the lowest prices. During the discussions, the parents of the children were criticized by the public. Allegedly why so early to give the child to the kindergarten, that the parents save on children, because chose the cheapest kindergarten. How can they not notice changes in the child's behavior and so on. And no one thought, that parents do not just give the child to kindergarten? If the mother does not plan to become a housewife, she will still have to go to work sooner or later and give the child to kindergarten, because babysitting services are fabulously expensive. What do you mean "choose the cheapest kindergarten"? Should the cost of kindergarten influence the treatment of children? Parents have the right to choose a kindergarten on their wallet. In addition, before the published video there were no negative reviews about this kindergarten. At the same time, all kindergartens work closely with CPS, report bruises and abrasions, impose vaccinations. They question the parents, but they treat the children horribly. After this history in many kindergartens began checks. Video scared all parents, all ask themselves a question, "and how kindergarten staff treat my child"? By the way, my daughter on Monday for the first time went to kindergarten, the usual state kindergarten. Now she attends kindergarten for 2 hours a day, too early to draw conclusions. Parents decide, whether to send their children to kindergarten or not. But if such a decision is made, parents should not worry about the safety of children. It should be natural, the most important thing. It is unfortunate that this is the case at the moment.
