CPS and Courts Silencing a Grandmother Who's Exposing Rape of Grandchild in Foster Care

Is CPS beholden to anyone? They don't seem to think so, despite being funded by taxpayers everywhere. They don't even consider themselves as meriting accountability for the mistakes they make, or the outright wrong-doing they inflict upon the children and family they often work to destroy.

Child Protective Services and their social worker agents are known to work to silence parents and relatives from speaking out against them. Often the parents are abused by this corrupted system and social workers as their children are stolen from them. The system of workers and courts seems bent on keeping families apart when the parents did nothing wrong, and won't let them speak to defend themselves.

The children always suffer the most. They have the torment and trauma of being taken from their parents, their homes and their lives. But then they also can suffer direct physical and sexual abuse in foster homes, group homes and hospitals. The social workers, lawyers, courts and judges often work to suppress the free speech of parents. Gag orders get approved that demand families remain silent about how they were treated, and how their children are being treated as kidnap victims and the abuse they suffer.

If a parent dares to speak about their cases, social workers have been known to retaliate by punishing the parents for daring to challenge their ways. They can push "for quicker termination of parental rights", deny visitation, and add on false accusations to make the parents appear as greater threats to the safety of their children.

Richard Wexler of the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform (NCCPR) wrote about a a grandmother who is battling to speak against the authoritarian tyrannical Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS).

Virginia McKale of New Jersey is a grandmother who learned the horror of abuse being done to her 9-year-old grandson who is placed in the foster care system of Philadelphia. He was raped by another foster child. She asked the courts to give her custody of her grandchildren to say in her 7-bedroom home. But the system is so upside down, backwards and corrupt to justice that they denied providing a safe home and return to family. The Legal Intelligencer reports:

... former Philadelphia Family Court Judge Lyris Younge denied that request because McKale lives across state lines.

This is really backwards thinking that doesn't deserve to exist in a just society that makes sense. Anyone of sound mind would have granted the grandmothers request because it's just a logically sound thing to do. The judge has since been removed from the Family Court bench. McKale spoke about the coverups from the DHS and courts:

"They know they’ve done wrong, and every time I turn around they’re trying to cover it up."

McKale is finding out first-hand what many others have had to suffer. Instead of getting her grandchildren to safety, they keep getting shuffled around. The DHS got the corrupt judge to issue two orders: 1) a gag order to silence McKale from speaking about what hte DHS and their contractors have done; and 2) rescinding unsupervised visits for McKale and her grandchildren.

Visits became supervised, all because she spoke out against the corrupted system. These cockroaches don't like light being exposed on their dark ways. CPS is so corrupt with double standards for biological parents compared to foster parents who get a free pass and actually abuse children compared to the parents they were stolen from. The story of Danielle, 33, of North Philadelphia speaks volumes:

Danielle, 33, of North Philadelphia, lost her three daughters and newborn son in February after she tested positive for marijuana. However, her children—who secretly funneled information about their living conditions to her by slipping letters in her purse during parental visits—said that the foster mother smoked marijuana incessantly in front of them.

According to Danielle, whenever her 5-year-old daughter asked her foster mother for a drink of water, she was told to “drink your pee,” or sweat and spit. Her daughter suffered from trauma-induced bed wetting, which the foster mother chose to curb by dehydrating her.

Additionally, Danielle said the foster mother stole care packages meant for the children and confined the three girls, none of whom were older than 12, and infant boy to an empty room for hours each day. …

A former lawyer for the DHS, John Capaldi, says the system keeps children in foster care longer than necessary. I wonder why? Because it's a kids-for-cash system that doesn't actually care about children's well-being. If they did, it would mean keeping them with their parents where they are safest in at least 85% of cases. Capaldi says:

"Taking children away from parents in a lot of cases is fracturing and maybe does more harm than good."

Capaldi even says, yes, many parents have substance "abuse" issues (if you consider smoking cannabis that). But they aren't even abusive to their children. Yet, a foster parent does smoke and also abuses children int heir care, and the state is the one that kidnaps children to make them suffer than trauma.

Int he end, CPS/DHS doesn't truly care about children, or families. They certainly do care about having their failings and wrongs exposed for all to see. Silencing people from speaking the truth is always a sign of a corrupt organization that shouldn't have the power it does. CPS and the legal system are engaged in an agenda of falsity and perpetuating evil into the world.
