Child Abuse Specialists, the AAP and the Traps to Medically Kidnap Children from Innocent Parents

in #familyprotection6 years ago (edited)

When children get ill or injured in accidents, parents want to make sure that they are fine, so they often take them to the emergency room just to be on the safe side. Worried parents appeal to medical "experts". This trust can be betrayed in an unthinkable way through medical kidnapping where an "expert" accuses a parent of child abuse.

Common trips to see the doctor or to the hospital can escalate into a nightmare. An initial concern for the health of one's child turns into a concern for their very survival of the family unit. Child-abuse pediatricians and social workers can make false accusations by blindly following policies to spot real child abuse. Innocent parents walk into a trap where families are terrorized and traumatized instead of helped.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) puts in place policies that few parents know the specifics of. The assumption is that these are sound policies based on scientific evidence, but policies can also be based simply on politics, agendas or financial incentives. These policies should be known to the consumers of the health and medical establishment since they impact the well-being of children and families.

Child-abuse pediatricians have been immense amount of authority and power to take children from parents. In 2014, when such child-abuse pediatricians issued a report that resulted in innocent parents losing custody of their children temporarily. When the issue was resolved, the doctor thank them for "taking a hard hit for the greater good", comparing the situation to "dolphins caught in a net".

This is the trap that is being cast over unsuspecting parents, where the net the traps them is the web of child protective services and child-abuse pediatricians. The Child Maltreatment report from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service from 2016 concluded that 83% of allegations against parents are unsubstantiated, with many being reversed on appeal. Imagine the horror of being falsely accused of having your children taken away, and you have to fight the courts to get them back.

Ensnaring innocent parents in false accusations is made possible by the policy statement from the AAP entitled The Evaluation of Suspected Child Physical Abuse. These are the risk factors listed for identifying child abuse according to the AAP:

- Maternal smoking - More than 2 siblings - Low infant birth weight - Born to an unmarried mother - Disability - Poverty – Dr. Christian states that *"Strong evidence exists for the association between poverty and child physical abuse, and children who live in poverty are overrepresented in both the child protective and foster care systems."* [Note – many activists would argue that this overrepresentation is due to poor parents being targeted for their lack of resources to fight back.]

The case of the Verzosa family illustrates this targeting, as the parents fought for 3 years to get their children home. The innocent parents fit the "red flags" criteria which put them in the spot light for no real good reason and had their children taken: 1) they had lots of children, 2) the mother had a disability, and 3) they are poor.

Other cases involve military parents who have "targets on their backs" due to AAP policies suggesting they are prone to abuse

  • Military families are at risk for child maltreatment, particularly at times of deployment.

Social workers and pediatricians are being trained to look at certain people prejudicially and associate them with child abuse, resulting their children being taken away as a "precaution". This happened to the Valenzuela family when the bias resulted in a false accusation for Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) that resulted in costing Jesus Valenzuela his military career.

When this case first happened they tried to blame my husband right away for everything, because of him being a soldier. They told us that people in the military tend to have short tempers and come home stressed from work, then take it out on their families.

That couldn’t be farther from the truth. My husband is a very caring and loving man who would do anything for his family, and he would never do anything to cause harm against me or our son.

Here in Washington State, it seems they love to pick on the military. They say supposedly that they love the military, but going through what we went through and seeing countless times of other men in uniform coming out of the CPS office, they love to prey on military families.

The AAP policy also lists explanation that parents give that "raise a concern for abusive trauma":

1. There is either no explanation or a vague explanation given for a significant injury; 2. There is an explicit denial of trauma in a child with obvious injury; 3. An important detail of the explanation changes in a substantive way; 4. An explanation is provided that is inconsistent with the pattern, age, or severity of the injury or injuries; 5. An explanation is given that is inconsistent with the child’s physical and/or developmental capabilities; 6. There is an unexplained or unexpected notable delay in seeking medical care; or 7. Different witnesses provide markedly different explanations for the injury or injuries.

Not knowing how your child was injured, and saying so, puts a target on you as a suspected child abuser and you get caught in their net of deceit. Parents bring their children to the doctors without knowing what the problem is if they have any medical condition. The doctors are supposed to be the experts, not the parents. The parents rely on the doctors to provide medical diagnosis about any illness or condition. Parents don't always know why an injury has occurred or if they are more susceptible to being injured such as by having a brittle bone condition like osteogenesis imperfecta, infantile rickets, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Sometimes a stroke could have occurred, with brain bleeding seen in a scan. Because the parents don't know how, they then automatically become child abusers to these "experts" in "authority". In one case a child abuse specialist being consulted 500 miles away mistook a screen glare for a fracture and that resulted in a family broken up and children being taken away, who still haven't been returned after months, even when a police investigation cleared the parents of wrongdoing. A baby falling off a bed can get injured, and then the parent are looked at as child abusers as well.

The AAP even states that there are diseases that can be mistaken for abuse, and further testing is required. Yet, when a child abuse specialist says it's abuse, that's the new narrative from the "authority", and further tests are often ignored. Even after subsequent medical experts give contrary explanations to exonerate the parents after they examine the child, judges often ignore it in favor of a bias to the first expert.

As a result, the state and it's agents in the CPS kidnap children, sometimes some are adopted with the parents having no "legal" right to see their children anymore, all from false accusations. Some parents go to prison for not doing anything wrong to their child.

Child abuse experts are not really experts at all. They have overstepped their bounds and have been given far too much authority over the lives of innocent people, and play a large part in ruining the lives of families and children.

The AAP president, Dr. Colleen Kraft, admits that separating children from parents is abuse. Yet they define policies that authorize medical kidnapping from innocent parents that separate and traumatize children, which is child abuse. They, along with the Child Procurement Syndicate (CPS) have become agents of child abuse.

Kraft has played a political card against the alleged separation of illegal immigrants parents and children at the US border, calling it "government-sanctioned child abuse." The irony is dumbfounding. In speaking with The Hill, Kraft said:

It disrupts their brain architecture and keeps them from developing language and social, emotional bonds, and gross motor skills, and the development that they could possibly have.

It's a joke that the political card is being played while they do the same through AAP policies. The thousands of parents who have been separated from their children would surely like to see the AAP and CPS show the same regard for their responsibility in creating the suffering and trauma onto children and families.

Thank-you @krnel for submitting this post with the #familyprotection tag. It has been UPVOTED by @familyprotection and RESTEEMED TO OUR Community Supporters.

"Child Protection Agencies" are taking children away from their loving families.
THESE FAMILIES NEED PROTECTING.

Another hard hitting post! Thanks @krnel!

Let's look at the facts here;
The government polices and controls everything that we do, including what we can or can not put into our bodies. This is a claim of ownership over our physical body. If we do not own our physical body how could we own the offspring from that body?
Think of a farmer who's cow had a calf. You think the farmer is under the impression he owns that calf?

(Of course no being can own another being and I do not think children are "owned". 'The powers that think they be' feel differently than I do on this matter. They do think you can own another being, further, they think they own you. You don't have to believe it for them to act on it, and they do. Let's remember who is taking who's children before we decide the merit of our beliefs.)

These criminal organizations need to be stopped! @krnel has many posts that get to the root causes of these problems.

We need to educate ourselves and raise our consciousness to level that government will no longer able to manipulate and control society they way it has been.

These people are criminals and part of criminal organizations. Until we are willing to do what it takes to free ourselves of this tyranny it will remain. We have the ability to end this without violence at this point in the timeline. Will we take our freedom back or submit to slavery?

Yeah, but it seems like we need more chaos to teach through the negative affecting and motivating people to care as a catalyst... otherwise too complacent to do anything because the negative isn't strong enough to bother them yet... :/

Yes, we are definitely creatures of necessity!

"Child abuse experts are not really experts at all. They have overstepped their bounds and have been given far too much authority over the lives of innocent people, and play a large part in ruining the lives of families and children."

You are right ,and mostly they play a bluff card when accusing of child abuse, because afterall you cant tell by looking at the face of a parent that he is a abuser or not.

Second thing i would like to share is that a few weeks back i read a report stating that Immigrant children separated from parents and detained at different US facilities were being given psychiatric drugs WITHOUT the consent of their parents. Where is CPS AAP when it comes to them :(

Yeah, ppl seem to care more about illegal immigrants than citizens within their own country... :/

Far too many people claim to be experts but have little to no expertise at all. They read books and suddenly that makes them an expert on a subject. It’s a sham and one of the biggest scams the educated class uses. It’s difficult to be an expert without actual real world experience but that’s ignored often.
Stealing children is a heart wrenching thought, they always claim the moral high ground but don’t give thoughts to the situations of families.

Yeah, titles run it all, not competency to actually discern truth in reality :/

Almost like the system was designed to steal the kids and make money off of them. Almost, huh?

Almost eh... :P

That picture is the wrong way around. In an overwhelming majority of cases the mother takes the child away from the father. It's the mother who makes the false accusations and sends the father to prison.

The text itself is rightfully gender neutral. I comment you for that.

Of course I know why you did it. It's the negative sum game — you think you can garner more sympathy, support and donation by showing a female in a vulnerable situation. Do follow the link. Alison Tieman explains it perfectly.

But can you? In this specify injustice there are so many more male victims showing off a female victim might just will alienate more real victims then you can gain from bystanders who do not know the truth.

As a father of boys whose mother tried to make false accusations, and then lost her parental rights completely, I can confirm this is so. I was one of very, very few men who prevailed in such horrible family dissolutions. It is as common as dirt for women to use false accusations against their husbands as a sort of 'nuclear option' in divorce proceedings.

I was awarded both child and spousal support. Do you think I ever saw a dime of it? It was so much more trouble to contend with the state agencies - that were utterly geared towards supporting women, and actively biased against men - that I ignored it, and worked harder instead.

Less than 1% of fathers get custody. In the early '90s there were some great organizations for men facing that struggle, Texas Father's for Equal Rights (TFER) and Dads Against Discrimination (DAD) were of immense help in understanding the overwhelming bias and specific mechanisms I faced, and I credit them duly with enabling me to keep my kids safe, both from the state and their mother.

Never underestimate the reach, power, and venality of the family courts however. Seventeen years after our divorce, my ex-wife managed to take everything I owned. My sons having been homeschooled and well-educated by me in the interim, are doing well, despite that trauma in their late teens.

Neither, however, is interested in getting married. They've seen it's tantamount to handing a woman - via the power of state agencies, biased and venal legislation, and the corrupt courts - the handle on a wire snare around their sack, and not only economically.

Kids and family are great, and the backbone of civilization. The family court system, legislation regarding marriage, family, and women's issues, have been subtly and potently aimed directly at family, generally by taking fathers out of the picture as traumatically as possible, as a means of making the state more powerful that it's citizens.

There is little that is more dangerous to a free society than the destruction of it's families. That's why it is a foundation of cultural marxism and communism, which seeks to render all people mere chattel to an all powerful state. Globalists seek such a state to run from behind the scenes, making them the masters of it's power over the entire world, immune from the pestilent regulation it imposes, and availed of the economic resources thereby extracted.
