CAS has no idea how to deal with psychological abuse!

Those of us using the tag and authoring works for #familyprotection know that the court system is unjust, unfair, unequal, and in many cases corrupt. Even if you use CAS for your own child protection concerns you may face prejudice, bias, and extreme reversal of the situation.

A recent example of this is when a party contacted CAS to inform them of psychological abuse. The mother of the children was bringing home multiple sex partners with the children in the room next door. The children themselves were harmed emotionally by the mother's low and degraded behavior. There is no crime in bringing multiple partners home and subjecting the children to abhorrent behavior. The CAS case workers, managers, and outlook in general had been that men are generally abusive and this was within the mothers right to do. Unfortunately for the children nothing was being done for them and are now required to have regulated therapy.

The mother decided to place blame on their ex-spouse by saying the children were being spanked and she can sleep with whoever she wants. CAS then disregarded the children's own complaints and focused on the alleged physical abuse (if you view spanking as physical abuse). The children's own voices were drowned out by a weaponized feminist system. If agencies cannot remain neutral, balanced, and objective then they are a danger to any family. We all have to do our part to expose and root out all the issues CAS faces. Unfortunately most children are the victims in the end; which is ironic considering the agency is meant to "save children".
