This Social worker has only been suspended. And given enough time, he will no doubt be allowed back to casting his warped judgements on the families we read about all to often, here @familyprotection. I find it completely scandalous and catastrophically incompetent to allow such issues to happen. The problem is not that we have yet another report of a deranged Social worker. My problem is more with the vetting, training, and disciplinary processes of the CSS.** (Child Social Services)

I fear that we will be hearing this persons name again in the future. Once the dust has settled and enough time has passed. Distance will then be created between this crooked Social-worker and his past crimes and before long, they will reinsert this Agent back into the Matrix.

Usually this will happen and nobody will be any the wiser. But similar cases have resulted in repeat offenders causing terrible damage to families. Worst of all, he will eventually be rewarded and his reputation, in the eyes of the CSS, will show untamed potential, instead of wild lunacy

The Scales are tipped well in the favour of the care-system and I have already proven that this is an industry ran with 3 totally separate agendas.

1. To care for vulnerable children.

This is a necessary evil because the world will always have abusive Guardians

2. To generate huge profits for wealthy businessmen

In the Uk alone, our government has a budget of 2.5 BILLION A tempting source of revenue if you know how to manipulate it

3. To supply children to a network of pedophiles all across the globe

This is the slave-trade you were never told about at school. Here in the UK, 85,000 children are in the 'care-system' right now! And the CSS are continuing to carry out 1000 FORCED ADOPTIONS PER MONTH!!! it is a widely held belief that SIR Jimmy Savile was not only a predatory pedophile himself, but also a pimp. To put it in a more refined way. He was given access and immunity by the government, so he could procure young children from Care-homes and transport them to Sex-parties and Dens of Satanic abuse. Many victims never returned...

I know that some would say the the investigation has been done and the report already written. But that is not good enough. That has always been part of the problem. While this evidence is in the hands of the MSM and it is left to buried in time. We will make our quest even harder. This evidence belongs in our hands, here @familyprotection and more importantly, ON THE BLOCK-CHAIN, FOREVER By doing this, it means that WE THE PEOPLE control were it goes and this will put an end to the the perpetrators being able to lock away vital evidence, due to it being "In the interest of national security"

Before I leave you to read another example of the shocking service provided to our children, under the banner of Big-Brother. I will ask you to note down the name of this narrow-minded individual and just keep an eye on his career. I feel he may come in handy for the SS and those kind of people have a nasty habit of rising to the top.

He added ‘or chuck her in a padded room’, according to the findings of a panel of the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service, which suspended Mr Minney for 12 months.

The hearing heard how Mr Minney made the comments during a multi-agency meeting discussing the management of the woman, who is in her early 20s.

A second incident was also brought before the panel.

It happened at the county council’s coffee shop, when Mr Minney jabbed his elbow toward a colleague’s face in an aggressive manner.

Both incidents happened in August in 2016.

Giving evidence to the panel, a council worker said Mr Minney’s comments at the meeting came as they discussed what could be done if the person’s behaviour became dangerous.

The witness said she was ‘quite shocked and so was everyone else’.

In conclusion, the panel found Mr Minney did not treat the service user as an individual, respecting her dignity.

Members also judged his comments about the service user as ‘cruel and discriminatory’.

Mr Minney appeared before the panel and invited the panel to impose a suspension, describing the process as ‘helpful’.

The social worker has been in the profession for 17 years ‘without incident’, the panel heard.

Mr Minney said had suffered from a lack of social network and support as an agency worker, and was looking to live closer to his family.

He also said he would take an online psychological course, adding he ‘should not go near social work until [he] has sorted himself out’.

In its report on the hearing, the panel said it first considering taking no action, but given the ‘seriousness’ of Mr Minney’s conduct and lack of professionalism, it said doing nothing would be ‘wholly inappropriate’.

Panel chairman John Walsh said: “Although the panel recognised that the two incidents are isolated events, it concluded that the public confidence would be significantly undermined if a finding of fitness to practice impairment was not made, given the nature and seriousness of Mr Minney’s conduct and behaviour.”

The suspension order will be reviewed shortly after its expiry.
