Court victory

There are no names involved here because the courts have ordered that the family names can’t be published.

A few months ago a video went viral of a baby being taken from her mother right after giving birth, the reason wasn’t known at the time; all we saw was a mother going through something terrible.

It went viral and put a major focus on the Winnipeg family services system, and people started paying attention.

So the Mom, and family took family services to get the child out of custody and back with its family.

Today that happened. The judge sided with the Family and ordered the baby to be sent home with the Great-Aunt... the Mother’s Aunt.

There’s now calls for the system to be fixed and I agree that it should, but right now in Winnipeg a little baby is back home with people that care about it.

*i dislike saying it but the gender of the baby is also not allowed to be put out there.
