Gratitude and personal well-being.
Various investigations have shown that being grateful makes you happier.
In addition to improving health, reduce stress, strengthen personal relationships, recognize and manage emotions and be more productive professionally, thereby increasing the quality of life.
Generally we pay more attention to all that we lack, ignoring the innumerable blessings, received daily, beginning with the fact of awakening, that is to say being alive, start all your days giving Good Morning at dawn, realize the simple pleasures and recognize everything you receive. Learning to live as if everything were a miracle.
Gratitude will change the focus of what is lacking to the abundance that is already present. Our opportunities are unlimited. While there are some things wrong in the world of Today, there are many other positive ones. It is up to each one to put things in their correct perspective.
When things do not go as you want, remember that each difficulty carries with it the seeds of equal or greater benefit. We can raise ourselves and others as well, when we refuse to remain in the realm of negative thinking and cultivate an attitude of gratitude in our hearts. If ingratitude is counted among the grave sins, then gratitude takes its place among the noblest virtues.
We can elevate our thoughts, to turn them into facts, using phrases of optimism and overcoming. Remembering at all times that God is above all; Start counting all the blessings you receive daily and you will realize that they are greater than the difficulties.
Well, Ralph Waldo Emerson mentioned it- "Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you and give thanks continually. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you must include all things in your gratitude".
By reflecting on our lives; we will discover a lot to boost our personal gratitude, first of all to our mothers, a very accurate saying: As God can not be everywhere, he gave us a mother.
Gratitude has no price. It is given unconditionally, it can be contagious, there are all kinds of ways and places to practice it. Try it you will be surprised with the benefits you will receive back, whether tangible or intangible.
Here I leave some phrases about gratitude, hoping they are of benefit and pleasure for all.
Gratitude turns what we have into enough. Aesop.
The most difficult arithmetic to master is the one that allows us to count our blessings. Eric Hoffer.
Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a gift and not giving it. William Arthur Ward.
We must find time to stop and thank the people who make a difference in our lives. John F. Kennedy.
Wake up at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of love. Kahlil Gibran.

Dear @nayibe, absolutely wonderful post. Gratitude for blessings that I see all around me is actually how I came to love Christ. It’s a long story, but gratefulness is key to a happy fulfilling life, and perfect peace. It takes lots of practice, but you can master it as I have. To be grateful and pray to God is how you can overcome any obstacle. Thanking God for all things, in sincerity, you will feel heaven on earth sister in Christ. This has been such a blessing to see you write this message up and post it sister. You walk with Jesus beautifully. And he must be very proud of his daughter. May God bless you abundantly forever friend❣️
