Happy July 4th!
If you are a Steemian and read this in the @steemitblog, you will know that today is the first day when Steemit provided paid rewards on the platform. If you are an American, you know that today symbolizes the date when the United States of America recognized its Freedom from Great Britain and became its own Sovereign nation.
Today, I celebrate the 4th of July with my wife, son, and in-laws. We are blessed to have such amazing grandparents who help support us and our son. Family is one of the most important things in life to me, so it is always wonderful to spend time with my family, including my wife's family. In my view, we are all one family, and they seem to feel the same way.
I'm wearing my traditional red, white, and blue colors (Captain America T-shirt) and looking forward to enjoying some BBQ ribs for dinner later! 🙂
