Lunchtime Stress Management
I just finished a 5.024km run that lasted about 0hh:26mm:10ss !
Caught myself sitting at my desk yawning, slouching, fidgetting, and feeling distracted / low energy in general. Figured that getting out for a quick run would be a good call.
Despite feeling a little sluggish and heavy out there today -- I'm definitely feling a bit rejuvinated after banging out a "meh" 5km run. Just threw on some tunes and went hard-ish and took as many rest breaks as required.

Yeah, it can be so difficult to get out the door but when you do it can be really beneficial.
