Saturday Morning 8Km Run
I just finished a 8.0km running that lasted about 0hh:55mm:50ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was warm at 30 degree celsius in the morning. I ran 8km at easy pace at the park with only few runners there. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
