New Activity Title - Saturday Strength Workout

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !

Finally Weekends!

Today I need to go to the dental hospital, just to accompany my friend xD
But in the morning I forced myself to do a strength workout
I didn't do it properly yesterday, almost skipped xD
Anyways, weekend doesn't mean a free or lazy day!
