I just finished a 12.829km running that lasted about 1hh:13mm:26ss !
The training goals for today was to run at the same pace, preceded and finished with jogging.
3.22 km jogging + 6.44 km running at the same pace + 3.22 km jogging
Generally, you feel good, it would be even better if it wasn't for the rain on the last 3-4 km.
Drizzle was with me from the beginning of the training, but it was invigorating, but the rain was already bothering me a little.
