The Constantinople Hard Fork postponed until February 27
This is true. The Constantinople Hard Fork was deferred until 27 February declared by the Ethereum core developers and the security community.
The research team from ChainSecurity found a bug that may cause reentrancy attacks if the Hard Fork is implemented.
However, maximum number of nodes had been updated but as they heard about the bug, they started reverting their system to previous version so that they could participate in consensus. Even though ethereum network haven't faced any problem so far, the network could experience other issues in coming weeks.
So we get a bit more accumulation time... that’s ok.
