It's a little tricky took me a minute to find it myself- you have to navigate to the left tray where you see your profile pic- and tap the little white arrow- then you'll see a whole new set of options that pertain to you and your account- hope that helps!
Once you're there you can tap on your username and get to your "blog" page like on desktop 👍🏻

I suppose you mean reading/reviewing your own comments and replies? You can access your comments and replies from your profile page, open side menu and click on your profile picture to open your profile... check out other feature set posts to learn more about other features...
