Once a doctor told me to use it against the pain and itching of my skin because of infections as result of my eczema. I van not since I have no fat in my face and the cold is infecting my brain directly. This is painfull for sure. To cool down the spots I simply use a stone now
Maybe other people benefit from the ice cube, hopefully you get well soon, yes,,,
