Human Design #14: The Power of Decision Making.

Are you making decisions with your mind? Thinking it over a list of pro and con? Feels like a good way to make decisions isn't it, but where do the pro and the con come from?

Hint: Your Openness.

In your openness, you experience the others. Your openness is your receptor. In your openness, you feel, taste, smell, see and hear the other person energy and you amplify the experience. Every decision you made through the mind are based on energies you amplify from others.

In the other word, when you make decisions using your mind, you made that decision as the others. Every energy you takes in from others and amplify will be interpreted by your mind as information and experiences. And you use this information as a list of pro and con.

This is why you end up belong to places where others go, do what others do, live others people lives and you feel angry, frustrated, bitter and disappointed over it. And often you wonder why are you powerless? Look at your Human Design Bodyraph and see the openness especially the centers (the white color). The answers are in there.

The power of decision making that you have, which dictate how, where, when, what and who in your life is never in your mind for many reasons. I explained the reasons in the LYD Awakening program that I coach. To simplify it, the mind is designed to analyse, reasons, judge, conceptualise information; hence we have a list of pro and con. And the mind is only an interpreter of that information. Even if you can choose between pro over con, both of it is still about the others, coming from the others through your openness.

Basically, relying on your mind to make decisions, you are subtly ruled by others people energies; without you aware of it.

This is how the Seven Centred ancestor lives their life. It is ruled by outside authority. They place the authority (decision maker) in someone else's hand. This suits the evolution at the time which ruled by Manifestor. Through thousands of years conditioning, we still do it directly and indirectly to ourselves.

As a Nine Centred human being, we are different. Our Authority is no longer outside of us. You and I are different in the Authority. Your Authority belongs only to you. That is why the first thing Human Design do is telling you to experiment with your own Authority and you can do that through decision making. The taste of your own Inner Power (the terms I like to use to explain Authority) can only be felt by you.

Without experiment, without trying to feel it through your Sacral, you wouldn't know what's your Sacral sound feels like in your gut when you turn your head and look at the dress that calls you. Without going through your emotional waves and be conscious of its intelligence, you wouldn't know how clarity will feel like to you.

It's all about individual power to be your SELF. Only then, you can be at peace with others, or be satisfied with others, or be successful with others or be surprised with others.

Without your own experiment, Authority that you hear or read will remain just a concept in your mind.
