Thousands of Early Voters
My son and I voted early today and I was blown away by the number of people in line to cast their votes. My precinct had only been voting for a couple of hours when we arrived and over 300 people had already voted. Generally, during mid-term elections you will only see a few hundred voters for the entire voting period.
According to The Houston Chronicle, Harris County is reporting a record number of voters turning out to vote early.
It is so great to see so many people come out to exercise their civic duty.
