Balay ni Tatay (Father's House)

It is not yet summer but we are feeling the scorching hot of the sun. How nice it would be to be relaxing at some place. The family then decide to cool it off and had our lunch at a nearby restaurant.

We had heard of a great place just an hour away. A farm actually. Why not! We needed a fantastic view and a sumptous meal at the moment.

Balay ni Tatay

The Pool

They have a huge pool which will make the children very hapoy because they have built a little house in the middle with raining effect. Plus they have created foru slides! The kids were ecstatic as they saw the pool!

![image]() ### The Playground Also, they have a site, a sort of playground for children who arent swimming and small adults where they can run and play along.

The Pond

I think they have koi fishes lurking in that pond. I saw one of their staff rang the bell and the fishes just lurred in as if they were called for lunch. And they were huge! I guess that is what Little Mãli keeps peeking over the pond.

The Door

I think we were all in awe of how huge and thick this door was. I forgot to snap the whole door for Little Mãli here had been busy with his stones he got from the pots. He was enticed with how white and smooth the rocks are. I was afraid he might fall off over the pond for there were no safety railings for little children. And this child of mine has the habbit of running fast without any prior notice! 🤣😂

![image]() ### The Swing While enjoying the great scenery from the pond, you can sit down in their specially made swing. It does rock you a bit. I had in fact had lazily breastfed Little Mãli there and he was half sleepy already when the bell rang. I immediately send evil look to the person who rang the bell!!! 😡😠😄

My Review

Overall, the place is quiet and so relaxing. No doubt about it, nature has always gives us a soothing feeling of contentment. Every angle of the farm are feast to the eyes, the sceneries are breathtaking.

However, I was not very happy with the food though. The service is quite long and the food are in limited portions only. Maybe they can explore other menus that may attract more tourist at affordable prices. I believe if the place serves great food, no matter where it is, people will come flocking.
