   Pada 18 Maret 2018 perkembangan informasi terkait kejadian robohnya 1 ruangan rawat inap syaraf RSAL Dr Ramelan Surabaya, Mayor Silvi (Humas RS AL dr Ramelan Surabaya), menyampaikan, sebagai berikut :

4. Telah roboh atap bangunan di Ruang 7, untuk rawat inap pasien syaraf, RSAL Dr Ramelan Surabaya, dimana kejadian tersebut diketahui sekitar pukul 08.10 WIB, bukan pada pukul 06.00 WIB.

5. Sampai saat ini belum bisa dipastikan ada berapa pasien di ruangan tersebut, tapi dari info petugas UGD tidak ada korban.Semua pasien dipindahkan ke ruangan lain.Kondisi pasien masih baik, tidak sampai ada yang lebih parah.Detail lebih lengkap masih belum diketahui.

6. Saat ini proses penanganan dan investigasi.Gedung yang ambruk tersebut, memang sedang ada proses renovasi.Mengenai korban akan kami sampaik kesempatan berikutnya setelah tim investigasi dari RSAL selesai melakukan pendataan.
