Pills day, no play , overdone it but it's my fault.

Heh... Looks like i overdone it again...

I'm in excrutiating pain but it's mostly my fault for sitting down and crunching 3d models and animation morning to evening with little to no rest, sometimes you are so motivated and at the same time so overwhelmed by everything you "know" you need to do and work on it that you just keep on and keep on, forgetting to even drink a single glass of water in 10 to 12 hours straight. That's what i've basically done, i'm a poor fucker for my own health and you could say i'm almost self destructive when it comes to this, but when i have a creative vision or an idea i just can't freaking stop until i have at least a glimpse of what i want to achieve, even if it's a little thing, i allways have rush of inspiration and creative need and envy.

Ideas allways flow so fast and with so much strength and i allways weep for not being fast enough to give birth to them in any way , shape or form, so i hurt myself, i hurt myself doing art, modelling, animating, sometimes from early 5 am in the morning until 23:35 late in the evening, just to take a shower, maybe eat once a day and go sleep.

So i suffered severe dehydratation because i just completely forget i exist when i do art, and it's what i like about it, i'm not existing anymore, i'm just hands and a pair of eyes trying to make my visions come true, express them, i have no more flesh, no more spine, no more sex, only a pure drive of ideas and flow of need to see something taking shape before my eyes...

I need a system to remind me to take pauses and walk more often, gotta setup some alarms and stuff.
