Florida Chicken Steak

Its about food today, yes, yet again. Has anyone heard about florida steak? Or anyone from Florida here who can tell us if they are familiar with the name or the recipe ? This is how it looked like.

Not sure what different it had from a normal steak, may be the sauces they used or the garnishing. Well, the name did make it sound interesting, what do you think?
