Hi @good-karma - I have completed the German translation - there was one longer chapter - menu items I assume where I used the German formal form. (German has both a formal and a familiar form of “you.” The formal Sie is used to address strangers, business associates, and acquaintances) - let me know if that is fine.

Thank you, glad to be part of the only 'guild' I participate in, the translators guild. It might turn out to be better than most guilds. And we don't even speak the same languages or talk to each other. Yet we help more to the platform than most of them.

We are making some progress on the Japanese translations. I have a question, though. Some phrases don't translate into Japanese very well. Have other language translations left some of the esteem phrases as they are in English?
That's great, appreciate that... Not that I am aware, some languages didn't translate if word/phrase was well known in their native language as well. Although I understand if there are phrases which are new/technical without exact translation. In this case, perhaps common phrase or using word that conveys the meaning should be sufficient if word is short. Lenghty translation or meaning would break app components...
Ok. Thank you. I think people will understand the English easily, but am considering putting a short Japanese explanation in parentheses next to the English. I will let you know when we are finished.
Ok, great! Please use new platform for future translations and discussions here http://translate.esteem.ws. Crowdin is much more intuitive and has many convenient features that should save time of contributor as well as managing project. Thank you!
