"Sleep" is a vital factor in determining an individual’s wellbeing as well as health status. As a matter of fact we spend one third of our life sleeping. Body based therapies include energy technique to reduce stress, massage and acupuncture. Acupuncture enhances the quality of sleep one has especially when the body is feeling pain while massage helps relax the muscles and it benefits everyone from infants to adults including cancer patients. Energy technique include reiki healing touch and therapeutic touch.

Some biological supplements help balance body chemistry and component, aiding good sleep and healthy system. It should be noted that supplements are not sleeping pills.

Educative as usual...I have noticed that sex helps one to sleep better (but i can't find scientific backing for this). And in the case one doesn't have a sexual partner, masturbation could do the trick too
