The musings of nothing and everything
We live in a spherical ball of amazement, we are trapped by our ow limitations.
I imagined some things, like if were offered certain chances, would we take those chances?
Take for instance, if we are offered the opportunity to leave planet Earth and just go to another planet and just live there, free of torment, free of problem or pain, with wifi and some other things, I know some people will take that deal.
Another scenario which comes to mind is the case of the men vs women "who is the worst species" argument. In this case, the men blame the women for virtually everything and the women blame the men. So I have a crazy theory: what if a separate planet was created and we put men on one planet and women on another planet? Do you think it will work?
We can even go further with the crazies, imagine a device was invented which can make you forget all about someone who hurt you, like totally forget they ever existed and your paths will never cross again, will you accept such a device to tinker with your mind?
If we had a time machine, what would we change about ourselves? What would we change about our lives? What would we change about our choices? What would we really change? Will the answer be nothing, something or everything?
I had a friend who once got into soccer prediction in a bid to make money. The day he was supoosed to hit it big, sleep denied him of that chance. The other time he was supposed to win big, he accidentally added another sport for cracks which later messed him up.
So many times, his story could have been different but one thing or the other always hindered him from hitting it big.
For such a person, do you think he won't jump at the notion of a time machine?
The explanation behind my musings is actually quite simple: the world we are living in is not a perfect place but we can't quit just because of that. This is the only only Earth we call our home, it might be filled with imperfections but it is still our home.

Thank God for crypto steem in particular if not I wonder how my life would have been now.
I will say we all live in an imperfect world but it's in our hands to make the best out of it. I don't think the idea of having a time machine will be a good deal cos we will all keep going back changing things we have done.

@ehiboss thanks for putting this together, however don't even think of creating separate planet for men and women because it wont work. Men cant actually stay without women.
