Wednesday Walk to Norm's Liquor

Norm's Liquor is the closest place to my new home for me to get any supplies. It's about a mile walk through a very quiet place.

This was my walk the first time I went there, so not too many photos. It's winter now so it was not hot, but I think it might be scorching here in Inland Southern California once summer comes.

You can see I do not have to worry much about traffic and my view is of snow capped mountains.

And here is Norm's. It is kind of small but has everything you need.

If I went another half-mile, I can get to a mall with a Walmart and Ralphs and other stores. This is the neighborhood place.

I will get more photos on another trip with more details, but now I am just enjoying the peace here. It's kind of shocking to be off the street and out of the city so right now I am counting my blessings.

I have a video posted on dtube and you tube of where I live now and will do more. You would not believe it. Everything is so nice here.

My post today is for the WednesdayWalk contest by @tattoodjay. I'm early, so he does not have this week's post up, but last week's was really cool with good walks to see. And Jay's post had fire hydrants from New York City! I love to visit that city and this was an interesting view.
