Sambal ijo or green Sauce now being one of the complementary foods that are in great demand by culinary connoisseurs. Almost all meals are served and combined with sambal ijo. But in terms of taste, all the concoction will be different depending on the chef. For raw materials are still the same as red sambal we used to see. Just for sambal ijo, chili used is a chili that is still young or green. Both have their own distinctive taste depending on their respective lovers.
